This is caused by the 'spend limit' feature on your HandCash wallet. Go over to app navigation on HandCash, and you will find a spend limit section. Adjust the limit to how much you want to allow to spend on your apps through HandCash. If your HandCash balance is bigger than your spend limit, than only the spend limit amount will show up on your balance on Peergame.
If you swipe Money Button many times in a short period of time, you may get an error and have to wait about ten minutes before you can swipe again. This “speed limit” error is not related to Money Button itself but is caused by a scaling limitation in the Bitcoin SV node software.
It is not possible to send more than twenty-five unconfirmed transactions in a chain per block with the current version of the Bitcoin SV node software.
